Can you elaborate on what you mean when referring to "call registration (of all numbers)"..?
AXL would be the correct API for static configuration data about CUCM - e.g. you could query for a list of phones, for a list of lines/DNs associated to a phone, etc.
If you are looking for real-time registration status of phones, you might explore the Serviceability XML Risport API
If you are looking for historical call detail records, see CDRs
