Connect two calls through one CTI port

I am having some difficulties trying to configure the following setup in JTAPI

What I want here:

- at the top, a route point is called which routes to an available route port, here is call 1 established between the caller and a route port

- at the bottom I want to use the audio bridge so the conference call at the bottom can listen in one call 1, but call 1 doesn't know they are listened to.

So I now have both of them separate working, so I can call the CTI point at the top and this is automatically answered by an available CTI port. And I can setup a conference between two CTI ports and a physical phone. But I am having trouble connecting the two so the conference call can listen in on the call at the top. How could I do this?
