Hello

Trying to create a simulated call park solution using CTI Ports for my business, where we are receiving calls answered by Reception, and then blind transferred to a CTI Port, the call is then answered and held by the CTI Port. When that CTI Port is dialled from another user extension the held call is redirected to that extension.

We are using Cisco TSP 64 bit and Cisco CUCM 14.0.1 and Julmar.Atapi module. Our App is successfully blind transferring the initial call to the CTI Port and placing it on hold, but when the retriever calls the CTI Port, its dropping their call and creates a new inbound call to their phone with the on hold call, instead of joining the 2 calls together

Any help would be gratefully received

Chris

I'm not an expert on collab stuff, but if you don't get answers here, there is a dedicated collab community where you can try https://community.cisco.com/t5/Collaboration/ct-p/4691-collaboration-voice-video
