      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I think we can send some commands to Cisco IP phone in form of XML to stop call back ring tone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did it 7-8 years ago.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am not sure whether that is available now also.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
