The application is concerned with locking phones in general and particularly locking 79XX, 99XX, etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now when I came across this call it was not clear to me what exactly it does and whether it does this natively.
