    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Guys,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are using call manager 9.1.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Setup a FTP server using FileZilla and IIS7 on window 7. Both the setups are working from other pcs.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Using SOAP to send request to collector CDR files from call manager. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With FileZilla FTP server its working but with IIS FTP its throwing below exception:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;SPAN style="color: #3d3d3d; font-family: arial; font-size: 12px; background-color: #f0f9fe;"&gt;"java.rmi.RemoteException: java.lang.Exception: send ftp: unable to send files. please verify ftp info and link status"&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can someone help, why its not working with IIS FTP server, has anyone faced this kind of problem or its a know issue with UCM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;From the CAR Admin Guide, it appears it is known to work with at least some versions of IIS:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/service/9_1_1/car/CUCM_BK_C28A807A_00_cdr-analysis-reporting-admin-guide91_chapter_01.html" title="http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/service/9_1_1/car/CUCM_BK_C28A807A_00_cdr-analysis-reporting-admin-guide91_chapter_01.html"&gt;http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/service/9_1_1/car/CUCM_BK_C28A807A_00_cdr-analysis-reporting-admin-guide91_chapter_01.html&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you get any particular error messages/logs on the IIS side?&amp;nbsp; It may be worth looking at the FTP packets (e.g. via Wireshark) for the working vs. non-working scenario.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
