Not able to collect CDR records over FTP using IIS

Hi Guys,

We are using call manager 9.1.

Setup a FTP server using FileZilla and IIS7 on window 7. Both the setups are working from other pcs.

Using SOAP to send request to collector CDR files from call manager.

With FileZilla FTP server its working but with IIS FTP its throwing below exception:

"java.rmi.RemoteException: java.lang.Exception: send ftp: unable to send files. please verify ftp info and link status"

Can someone help, why its not working with IIS FTP server, has anyone faced this kind of problem or its a know issue with UCM.

From the CAR Admin Guide, it appears it is known to work with at least some versions of IIS:

Do you get any particular error messages/logs on the IIS side? It may be worth looking at the FTP packets (e.g. via Wireshark) for the working vs. non-working scenario.
