    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Cameron,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;First of all you looked of old scheme and you could see different DB fields between the versions.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Go to &lt;A href="http://developer.cisco.com/site/axl/documents/previous-versions/index.gsp" title="http://developer.cisco.com/site/axl/documents/previous-versions/index.gsp"&gt;Cisco DevNet: Administrative XML (AXL) - Previous Versions&lt;/A&gt; to see your version's documents.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try to use the API methods (not XML tags), for me its much more easy and I reduce my mistakes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Take your time to look for methods as you see the AXL document in our community &lt;A href="https://community.cisco.com/space/4509"&gt;AXL&lt;/A&gt; you have a lot of stuff for that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good Luck.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;"&gt;I am new to developing on the AXL platform provided by CUCM and I am having trouble when trying to &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"&gt;get the devices associated with the users? I'm trying to follow the sample code in the cookbook (&lt;A class="jive-link-external-small" href="https://developer.cisco.com/media/axl-cookbook/usersAndDevices.html" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"&gt;https://developer.cisco.com/media/axl-cookbook/usersAndDevices.html&lt;/A&gt;), but I'm getting this error:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;"&gt; The endpoint reference (EPR) for the Operation not found is &lt;A class="jive-link-external-small" href="https://IP/axl/services/AXLAPIService" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"&gt;https://IP/axl/services/AXLAPIService&lt;/A&gt; and the WSA Action = CUCM:DB ver=10.5 executeSqlQuery&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
