      <description>&lt;P&gt;The CER Configuration API has the ability to list the available ERLs and associate phones to ERLs: &lt;A href="https://developer.cisco.com/docs/cer-config/#!erl-management/erl-management" target="_blank"&gt;https://developer.cisco.com/docs/cer-config/#!erl-management/erl-management&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Perhaps to using this API your app can retrieve/cache the available ERLs and then allow users to associate to their DN via your portal.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
