Cisco Emergency Responde API Issue

Hi,

I was wondering if you guys encountered the following issue(s):

Sometimes, the API for a simple call to endpoint /cerappservices/export/lanswitch/info returns

1. Nothing, empty content

2. Takes too much to return something, timeout

3. A message that says publisher is active, cannot fetch information from subscriber, even thou I'm using the pub.

4. Major discovery is in progress, but /discoverystatus returns "Discovery is complete"
