CUCM 10 phoneTemplateName cant be null ?

In CUCM versions prior to V10, I could send an addDeviceProvide request and skip the phoneTemplateName element.

In CUCM 10 schema, its marked as nillible=true, but I get an error when I pass <phoneTemplateName/> or if I omit it completely.

If I leave the tag empty, I get an error suggesting that I need to supply a value (cant recall the exact error string)

Any ideas ?

Looking at the admin UI from my 10.5 lab CUCM, it looks like Phone Button Template is a required field:

Looks like the AXL schema needs to be updated to reflect that a valid value is required.
