    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Mitchell,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You will not see the services from the CLI as the services are spun up in containers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you were to do an 'ls &lt;SPAN style="color: #3d3d3d; font-family: arial; font-size: 12px;"&gt;/opt/cisco/grapevine-services/&lt;/SPAN&gt;' you will probably only see one or two present.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you tried a reset_grapevine (saying "n" to all of the prompts)?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does your hardware met the specs required for APIC-EM?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Adam&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

Do I need to re-download a different version of the ISO that actually contains all of the required installation/service files? Or, is there a way to obtain the missing folder/files by any other means?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for any assist.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
