      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Team,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've just installed the Active Advisor Application for APIC-EM 1.4 Beta and though there are 7 devices in my Device Inventory nothing shows up in the new module. Re-discovering the devices won't make them appear in the module either.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this a known problem?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi, &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have the same problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;From cli on the apic-em host i'm able to ping &lt;SPAN style="color: #3d3d3d; font-family: arial; font-size: 12px;"&gt;www.ciscoactiveadvisor.com&lt;/SPAN&gt; and for the account i'm using i have setup ActiveAdvisor and even added a few devices via the desktop tool.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

Though I used my Cisco account to login into www.ciscoactiveadvisor.com in APIC-EM, I've never logged into www.ciscoactiveadvisor.com. When accessing the website I had to confirm my name etc. and after that things started working like a charm..&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
