APIC-EM huge postgre data

Hi All

i have a apic-em installation where the clients will not start, possible due to missing diskspace
what can i do to clean up ?

From grapevine GUI:

Unable to find host with enough capacity. Rejecting grow request for service=access-policy-programmer-service, task_id=cbb43afa-5ec8-11ea-b09f-005056b2667e:cc12811e-5ec8-11ea-b09f-005056b2667e

that huge folder is almost a year old
