Hi,

I would like to download the APIC Enterprise Module to set up a virtual machine running the software to interact with a few Cisco devices

I would like to practice the interacting with the APIC-EM REST API's

Hi!

You can use the APIC-EM Always On or Dedicated Sandbox. It is a hosted system running APIC-EM that you can use for free. No setup required.

Checkout the APIC-EM Learning Lab as a great place to start that walks you through using the sandbox.
