Grapevine console not working

I upgraded to the latest apic-em package (1.0.2.8) and since then I cannot access the grapevine panel on port 14141.

First, it fails with Chrome:

apic-em01 normally uses encryption to protect your information. When Chrome tried to connect to apic-em01 this time, the website sent back unusual and incorrect credentials. This may happen when an attacker is trying to pretend to be apic-em01 or a Wi-Fi sign-in screen has interrupted the connection. Your information is still secure because Chrome stopped the connection before any data was exchanged.

You cannot visit apic-em01 right now because the website uses HSTS. Network errors and attacks are usually temporary, so this page will probably work later.

And with IE:

Error: 404 Not Found

Sorry, the requested URL 'https://apic-em01:14141/../ui/index.html' caused an error:

Not found: '/../ui/index.html'

Any ideas?

Got a few tips from experts, can you please give it a try ?

"It is likely an earlier cert has been accepted and stored in the browser(s) as trusted cert for this server. Can the IP address be tried directly instead of the hostname (apic-em01) to access the console on 14141? If there is a prior entry in the trusted hosts settings elsewhere in the browsers, please try removing and trying again. Also by clicking on the https icon on top, let us see what cert is in use to understand it further."
