The solution is on this other thread that I had opened earlier. In a nutshell, the following is what I found.

The issue was found to be with the CSR router. It just doesn't work with the voice specific yang model I configured the same on a 4000 series CUBE and it worked. If anyone else is encountering the same issue then don't worry. The YANG model is correct but it just doesn't work with CSR router. You can try the same XPath string with a CUBE and it will work.

Is there a YANG model for Cisco CUBE ?

Is there a YANG model for Cisco CUBE specifically which is running IOS-XE 17 ? I've gone through the existing model details but they all seem to be for general monitoring like CPU, Memory etc. This request is specifically for SIP call related monitoring. As per the following datasheet, it is possible to gather call related stats using YANG unless I misunderstood it

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/unified-communications/unified-border-element/cube-management-specification-wp.htmlcube, yang, netconf, sip, monitoring

Any clarification on this will be very helpful.

Thanks,
