More interface apps

Here are some additional sample apps for interface configuration. They complement those posted recently for IPv6. You can find the sample apps at:

Note that these apps include interface configuration:

nc-create-config-ifmgr-30-ydk.py - virtual interface (lo0)

nc-create-config-ifmgr-34-ydk.py - physical interface (ge0/0/0/0)

And configuration for link status messages:

nc-create-config-ifmgr-20-ydk.py - default message behavior

nc-create-config-ifmgr-22-ydk.py - disable link messages

nc-create-config-ifmgr-24-ydk.py - link messages for logical interfaces
