Is there something to edit to be able to reorder the columns in the .csv file?

Quite a specific question, as far as i recall the tool doesn't provide a direct option to reorder the columns in the CSV output. You can try and use the csvkit tool, which is a command-line utility for working with CSV files, specifically, you can use the csvcut command to reorder the columns or if you know some scripting the python pandas library might be an option.

If these do not work, i would suggest contacting the PSIRT/Talos team at Cisco.
