EoX API xml response

Hello,

I'm using EoX API - EOXByProductID to return EOL details. JSON encoding response works fine but xml returns blank. I have tried both Postman and Powershell to same results.

Here are GET the URLs-

https://apix.cisco.com/supporttools/eox/rest/5/EOXByProductID/1/WIC-1T=?responseencoding=xml ---> Not working

https://apix.cisco.com/supporttools/eox/rest/5/EOXByProductID/1/WIC-1T=?responseencoding=json ---> Working

Have you seen anything similar.

That seems to be an error of the API itself. I would contact support at apix-support@cisco.com for this.
