where can TemplateVariables be found in nso package

public class BetterTemplateVariables extends TemplateVariables

import com.tailf.ncs.template.TemplateVariables

Need to find TemplateVariables inside nso, where can I find it.
The map (super) defined in TemplateVariables is for string->string. I need a string->list hashmap but a list is not getting passed from java to xml of a nso package. what can be done for this.
