    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm a cisco TAC engineer and for one of my projects I need to use the bug and case API, I tried to register my API on &lt;A href="https://apiconsole.cisco.com/apps/register" title="https://apiconsole.cisco.com/apps/register"&gt;Cisco API Console&lt;/A&gt; but on API list I don't see the bug and case APIS.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Is there an specific process to request the access?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Do I need a specific approval?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Is there any limitation?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;To access the &lt;A href="https://developer.cisco.com/site/support-apis/"&gt;Support APIs&lt;/A&gt;, the appropriate role must be assigned to your CCO ID. Externally, it requires an SNTC or PSS contract with the instructions for the process found in the Getting Section of the DevNet site. Internally, you still need the proper role, but the process is different. I'll contact you directly with instructions.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Keith&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am an intern at Cisco and also facing the same issue , is there any way to access these Bug APIs internally ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
