Services API for maintenance contract

Hi,

I'm working on a requirements to pull the maintenance contract status and expiry and found out that Services API can be use but I could not find a way to obtained a token.

I have tried to run an API call using Postman but it mentioned about a requirements for a valid Token.

Found below page to register an account but the registration page is dead.

Can you please provide assistance or provide procedures on how can I start using this API.
