Support API "Software Suggestion" returns incorrect response

Hi fellow DevNeters,

Recently I discovered that one of my scripts broke, as the Support API for software-suggestion is returning an incorrect response for some platforms at least.
One example is for the ISR4321/K) platform, where instead of just returning an response for specifically ISR4300 routers, it also returns a response for ISR4200 and ISR4400 routers.

The API request is:
https://api.cisco.com/software/suggestion/v2/suggestions/software/productIds/ISR4431/K9

I have attached the full API response as a text file, where you can see the issue.

This is a change in behaviour compared to how the API worked previously, where the reponse only returned data for the specific PID, and not all related PIDs as well.

Anyone heard about this being the new normal or is this an error? 🙂
