The Webhook Template Editor is now available to our Early API Access users. With this new editor included in the Meraki Dashboard, you can easily manage, extend and create webhook templates.
Our Python library has also been updated to v1.27.0 including all of these new releases.

Will these custom webhook templates be extended to Meraki Insight alerts? We're looking to integrate with Jira (Opsgenie, specificallly) and it seems there's no way to handle that currently.

Can someone respond to that Nov 17, 2022 question?

You refer to a JIRA template in your documentation thats not available in our dashboard.
The custom template option is also 'greyed out' so we can't use it.
