how do I upgrade C9300 switch stack IOS using DNAC

I have numerous switch stacks which I need to upgrade to cat9k_iosxe.16.12.04.SPA.bin. 'set as golden' in DNA software.

Within DNA I am using the following process

Switches-Software Images-Update images

I can upload the ios on the the stack, do a dir flash: and I can see it.

But it doesn't unpack it and load it and I get the following error message.

NCSW10024: The device is not managed completel

I can, using the same process do single switches and they follow the process fine.

And I can also log onto the stack after I have loaded the image using DNA and do the following command

#request platform software package install switch all file flash:cat9k_iosxe.16.12.04.SPA.bin

And it will unpack and load the ios.

I am just wanting to automate/schedule this process using DNA

I've tried looking through cisco docs but I just can't see what I am missing.

Anyone else had this issue and know a solution.

I recently read a great Cisco Blog post about using Ansible with DNAC titled Ansible: Powered by Cisco DNA Center. It might help get you where you need to go.
