    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have numerous switch stacks which I need to upgrade to&amp;nbsp;cat9k_iosxe.16.12.04.SPA.bin.&amp;nbsp; 'set as golden' in DNA software.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Within DNA I am using the following process&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Switches-Software Images-Update images&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I can upload the ios on the the stack, do a dir flash: and I can see it.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;But it doesn't unpack it and load it and I get the following error message.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;NCSW10024: The device is not managed completel&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I can, using the same process do single switches and they follow the process fine.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;And I can also log onto the stack after I have loaded the image using DNA and do the following command&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;#request platform software package install switch all file flash:cat9k_iosxe.16.12.04.SPA.bin&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;And it will unpack and load the ios.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I am just wanting to automate/schedule this process using DNA&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I've tried looking through cisco docs but I just can't see what I am missing.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Anyone else had this issue and know a solution.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Many thanks&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Phil&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; I recently read a great Cisco Blog post about using Ansible with DNAC titled&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://blogs.cisco.com/developer/ansible-for-dna-center" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Ansible: Powered by Cisco DNA Center&lt;/A&gt;. It might help get you where you need to go.&lt;/P&gt;
