Generate Snapshot Duplicates Error

Hello,

I am using the devices/<id>/camera/generateSnapshot endpoint to generate a live image. I get a 200 and when I request the generated link it returns with an image. When I generate a second link 10 minutes later, the generateSnapshot endpoint returns a 200, but the generated link now fails with a 400 and no image is returned.

A workaround I have found is to request a historical image using a random timestamp and fullframe false in the json, but this is not ideal. Is there a reason that seemingly only 1 live image can be generated at a time?

At the top right of the Dashboard you have a question mark sign when you can click "support center" to get started.
