That's self-explanatory.

Contact Namecheap and explain them why they received complaints about emails sent with your domain name.

If you own this domain, contact the Namecheap support.

So you're saying that I have a bunch of outbound dns requests for blocked domains? Or are these servers telling me that there's something wrong with my domain? Seems like in either case, I may have a spam-bot on my network...

It has nothing to do with OpenDNS. Contact your registrar.

The domain blockedduetospam.pleasecontactsupport.com doesn't have an A record assigned, so with OpenDNS in use you will be landing on the OpenDNS Guide page. If you own the domain and can maintain its DNS, you'll want to assign an A record to it.

If it shows up in your stats, you have a networking application in your network trying to resolve this domain again and again until success which is never, so it tries forever.
