HI,

I was trying to get OpenDNS to work on my pc but it doesnt work but it works on my tablets and phones...

Copy & paste the complete plain text output of the following diagnostic commands from this PC to here:

nslookup -type=txt debug.opendns.com.
nslookup whoami.akamai.net.
netsh interface ipv4 show dns
netsh interface ipv6 show dns

You are not using OpenDNS, but Avast's/AVG's DNS service. Open the settings of your Avast or AVG appliance on the PC to disable the "Secure DNS / Real Site / Fake Site" option. This is high-jacking your DNS traffic.
