Blocking Google Translate

Hello!

I'd like to block Google Translate, since it can be used as a proxy to get around most sites. I've tried blocking both:

translate.google.com

translate.googleusercontent.com

and it remains unblocked. Blocking all search engines works but this is too restrictive.

While trying to block Youtube, I found other posts on this forum which provided alternate links to use. I suspect something similiar could be used for Google Translate, but I've been unable to find anything. Any help would be very much appreciated!

Well just whitelist google.com and keep other search engines blocked...

Blocking translate.google.com and maybe translate.googleusercontent.com should do it. Did you flush the two local caches after the settings change?
