All depends on what service you're using. What service are you using?

OpenDNS Home
This service does not allow for automatic scheduled blocking of certain devices. You had to configure it manually, to work on specific devices and at certain times. Also, OpenDNS is not thought to block devices and connections, but is thought to block access to domains, independent from specific devices, because this is foremost a DNS service..

Netgear routers with LPC
This has related router capability, but these are router controlled, not by OpenDNS. You'll follow the related Netgear KB articles and instructions.

Cisco Umbrella
This may also have the capability to bypass restrictions on certain devices, but no scheduling as far as I know.

Hi,

Unfortunately, we do not have time base filtering with our Home Basic account nor the Cisco umbrella.

If that is something you are interested in, you might have a look at: Netgear routers with LPC. For more infromation on this please visit: https://www.netgear.com/discover/apps/lpc?cid=wmt_netgear_organic.

Regards,
