Source IP issue

Hello!

I'm currently facing an issue and not sure where to begin. Hoping for some guidance if anyone has run into this. I cringe at having to call AT&T.

The issue;

We're using their IP Flex product for Internet access. It's allocated a static IP, for this example we'll say it's 1.1.1.1. OK when I visit a site such as http://myip.dnsomatic.com, 1.1.1.1 displays.

However, if I do this test below, my source IP comes back as a totally different public IP address. We'll say 2.2.2.2.

nslookup -type=txt debug.opendns.com. 208.67.220.220

Obviously OpenDNS isn't working for us because it sees an IP address other than what's allocated.

Anyone ran into this and can share any possible workarounds?

Appreciate any help!

Adam
