Hello! Over the last week we've had multiple reports of intermittent certificate errors and SSL errors all coming from Cisco Umbrella, before finally starting to receive blocked notifications from cisco Umbrella due to Phishing, this is for the entire domain *.newwaytolearn.com.

I've browsed this form and other resources a bit, verified the message using cache check (https://cachecheck.opendns.com/), and so far the only methods I've been able to find are to contact 'umbrella-support@cisco.com' as trying to log a ticket in the Cisco's Support Case Manager was responded to asking for a serial/contract number.

Are these the only methods for reporting a false-positive like this? A lot of our clients around the world have lost access because of this and we want to make sure we're doing everything we can to have this handled quickly.

Hello. We have a similar issue with our email domains. Talos Intelligence reports our domain as "neutral". Tried to open a ticket anyway with Talos Intelligence, asking them to remove the false positive at openDNS for our domain; but our tickets get closed automatically "Your dispute was resolved automatically because your domain currently has a Neutral Threat Level".

I also tried emailing 'umbrella-support@cisco.com' last week but no answer after 8 days.

Any other idea?

Thank you!

We did submit a request at https://support.talosintelligence.com/docs/submit-ticket/ But as I wrote before, the ticket gets closed automatically with a message like "Your dispute was resolved automatically because your domain currently has a Neutral Threat Level". Our domain is reported as "Neutral" at Talos Intelligence. However, it is reported as "Phishing" by openDNS. How do we request a change at openDNS when Talos does not see any problem? Thank you.
