Unable to block domain and website

I already set the primary and secondary DNS to 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220 in my rounter. About couple of weeks ago, when the domain, riotgames.com, was added to the block list, the game (Valorant) was not accessible. However, my kids are able to play Valorant (a game) even the domain is added in the block list in OpenDNS site this week. Could you please advice how to block this game?

One of the reasons could be because of the type of category the domain is tagged under. Another could be the domain is showing malicious activity therefore is being blocked for security reasons.
