Computer Specific Filtering (Software Advice)

I set my sister's family up with OpenDNS sometime ago and it has worked exceedingly well but they find themselves in a dilemma I am not sure how to solve. Their eldest son has been getting, 'distracted,' while he ought to be doing homework. What they want to do is severely restrict his internet access during study hours but only on his computer. Now, I am aware that OpenDNS cannot do this job because it only sees the internet IP and doesn't know who behind the router is making the request. But, I was curious if any of ya'all happen to know of a solution. If possible, I would like to avoid putting the software directly on the kid's computer because... well... I was a kid too once and, aside from finding such a gesture beyond offensive, I never found a security system I couldn't bypass so I would like to keep it as remote as possible.

Does anyone have any ideas that could help? I do appreciate it! Thanks.

You have two options:

Either configure the OpenDNS resolver addresses only on the son's PC, so that OpenDNS takes effect only on this device.
Or configure different DNS (non-OpenDNS) resolver addresses on those devices which shouldn't be filtered by OpenDNS.

Just reading Software Advice. A software advice regarding OpenDNS cannot be given, because OpenDNS is not software, but a configurable service. There's also software performing content filtering, but this is out of scope here.

Oh don't hassle me over semantics, I am just trying to find an effective solution to the issue. I have been considering your previous suggestions, and while they would work, it would be more trouble, I think, than what my sibling could handle and maintain. I fear the only effective option is putting something on the kids computer directly. My thought was nice, but is only really available on enterprise level solutions.
