Not Blocking internetbadguys.com

I've had OpenDNS configured on my router for a while and it was working. One day I decided to check and it's not working. It won't even block internetbadguys.com.

I've made sure that my dynamic IP is correct. I've rebooted my router and my computer. Still no joy.

Do you use OpenDNS at all? http://welcome.opendns.com/
If not, check on your router if the OpenDNS resolver addresses are still configured.

Still problems? Copy & paste the complete plain text outputs of the following diagnostic commands to here:

nslookup -type=txt debug.opendns.com.
nslookup whoami.akamai.net.
netsh interface ipv4 show config

Why does the 'netsh' command raise an error? What strange Windows version do you run? Is it Windows 98 or so?

Also, I cannot see that you have a problem with OpenDNS. If you didn't disable "Phishing Protection" under your dashboard's Security settings, then internetbadguys.com should cause a block page being raised. What plain text does the following command return?

nslookup www.internetbadguys.com.

And what message is shown at http://welcome.opendns.com/ ? And what browser are you using?

http://welcome.opendns.com is ok and show me checkpoint .

phishinh protection is enable on the securtiy page

but nslookup internetbadguys.com is not good

For Windows XP the command is:

netsh interface ip show config

And still, plain text is different.

nslookup www.internetbadguys.com.
Server:         192.168.178.1

Non-authoritative answer:
Name:   www.internetbadguys.com
Address: 146.112.61.108

As you can see, I get the same good result. This 146.112.61.108 is hit-phish.opendns.com, so this domain is being blocked for you, because you do not get its real IP address. If you still can visit it with a browser, then your browser circumvents your settings, maybe with a browser plugin or add-on, or because you didn't flush your browser cache or local resolver cache. Therefore I asked what browser you are using, but you didn't say it.

i clean all history and flush dns but internetbadguys.com opened

It must be something with your browsers, because your configuration and the OpenDNS behavior and result are correct. You can check at https://www.dnsleaktest.com/ and http://dnsleak.com/ what DNS service your browsers may be using. But I don't know what to do to make OpenDNS work with your browsers. Maybe someone else?
