    <description>&lt;DIV class="opendns-migrated-content"&gt;&lt;P&gt;No, you have to be able to send and receive traffic from the network to verify that you at least have access to it. Otherwise anyone could claim any network they want, for any reason.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There are a multitude of ways that you can do this with remote control software connecting to a device on the network in order to get things configured.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;DIV class="opendns-migrated-content"&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you can prove via other means that you're the legitimate holder of that IP address, you can open a support ticket to get the IP address verified and approved by OpenDNS staff.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
