      <description>&lt;DIV class="opendns-migrated-content"&gt;&lt;P&gt;WhatsApp is not being blocked by FamilyShield.&amp;nbsp; It could be that your current IP address is registered with another user's dashboard network, so you are using this other user's settings, in addition to FamilyShield.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To prove this, copy &amp;amp; paste the complete plain text output of the following diagnostic commands to here:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;PRE&gt;nslookup -type=txt debug.opendns.com.&lt;BR /&gt;nslookup www.whatsapp.com.&lt;BR /&gt;nslookup e1.whatsapp.net.&lt;/PRE&gt;

      <description>&lt;DIV class="opendns-migrated-content"&gt;&lt;P&gt;I believe the issue with Whatsapp is that it's currently selected in the Category called "Chat"&amp;nbsp; so if some of your filters include that category, it will not work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
