I'm afraid you got the wrong forum for your router related question. How does this "dnsomatic ddns in asuswrt" look like? Can you post a screen shot or a link to a place where this is documented or discussed? What service(s) do you want to update through DNS-O-Matic?

sorry for wrong info...please take a look at the screenshot.. i wanted know about the last two options 1.enable wildcard 2.WAN IP and hostname verification..should they be "yes" or "no"..i have configured i bridge mode.

You will leave them at "no". These flags are not supported by DNS-O-Matic.
