topic Oops! in OpenDNS

For those that continue to get the "Oops" screen on the welcome test, but successfully pass the “Phishing Site Blocked!” test, here is what I found. Open DNS setup information leaves out that you must also change the IPV6 settings. This may not be possible with your specific router. To confirm for yourself, turn off IPV6 in you router and retest.

I understand that another main reason is your iSP is redirecting, but this IPV6 reason is also another possible culprit if you're sure you've set things up properly.

We know. This is not new and is said in many threads here. You cannot register an IPv6 address (range) at your dashboard yet.

I have given up to use the enhanced features of OpenDNS beyond recursive DNS since I have native IPv6 connectivity (and IPv4 - dual-stack), because 99% of the DNS traffic goes over IPv6, so no way to see it in the stats and no way to filter.

It really should just be added to the set up page and the test page.

Probably so. You should make that suggestion in the Suggestions Forum.
