It may be that your ISP routes your DNS traffic through another gateway than your web traffic. Search the forum for IP address mismatch.

Your DNS IP address: nslookup myip.opendns.com. (This is the IP address which must be registered at https://dashboard.opendns.com/settings/)
Your web IP address: http://myip.dnsomatic.com/ (This IP address is rather irrelevant for the OpenDNS enhanced features to work.)

You cannot do anything here except to contact your ISP to see if they can change this behaviour for you.

So I have my network setup and it is showing up as 174.100.12.xxx, OpenDNS updater is showing up with a 198.105.254.xxx netork. I've gone through and disabled all networks except the physical network card in the PC which obtains DHCP from the router. Router is also showing an outside IP addess of 147.100.12.xxx.

I've uninstalled updater, changed network name, removed and added the network back in opendns. I'm at a lost as where it is pulling the 198.xxx address..Help please.

I experienced the same issue with a new provider. I put the OpenDNS nameserver addresses into my router, did an "update now" on client, and now the client updater, dashboard, etc. match.
