Meraki CCTV Monitoring - 3rd Party Companies

Does anyone have any experience with 3rd parties monitoring Meraki CCTV solutions? We have customers that love the product but want a third party to monitor and respond to alerts, particularly those that happen out of hours. We are UK based so only looking for UK companies that could provide this service.

It is not possible to monitor Meraki cameras with third-party software.

Apologies - I meant the monitoring would be done via a traditional CCTV monitoring company or 3rd party using something like the vision portal to access the cameras and alerts

Yes, we did a recent install at our Head Office of MV Cameras and these are now monitored by an ARC.

They are using Sentinel, we send motion alerts via a WebHook and they can access the cameras via RTSP over a dedicated (non-meraki) firewall we put in to terminate a Site-to-Site VPN (due to Meraki VPN only policing VPN traffic at the ingress point!)

They can also access the PA system in the Car Park over this link.

I'd be interested to know what software they are using to pull the RTSP feeds into.

I'm not sure how it works at their end tbh. They are a large UK ARC I think the alerts go into Sentinel via the WebHook and they are able to click on a link to go direct to the RTSP feed from the associated camera.
