CUCM/CUC/IM&P で DRS のバックアップ/リストアに失敗する

主な問題

Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity Connection (CUC), Cisco Unified Communications Manager IM and Presence (IM&P) にて、Disaster Recovery System (DRS) のバックアップ・リストアに失敗する事例が報告されています。

バックアップファイルの保存先の SFTP サーバとして、FreeFTPd を使用している場合に発生することがあります。

以下は、リストアに失敗した際に DRS の画面上に表示されるエラーの例です。

Restore request is timing out. Either master agent is down or SFTP server is inaccessible or too slow to respond.

原因

FreeFTPd は、サポート対象外の SFTP サーバです。

バックアップファイルのサイズが 1GB 程度の場合に正常に動作しない場合や、それ以外の場合にも正しく接続ができないことが確認されております。

Cisco uses the following servers for internal testing. You may use one of the servers, but you must contact the vendor for support:
 - Open SSH
 - Cygwin
 - Titan
Cisco does not support using the SFTP product freeFTPd. This is because of the 1 GB file size limit on this SFTP product.

解決策

上記の通り、弊社推奨の Open SSH, Cygwin, Titan を使用して下さい。
