SCE の management port へ telnet にて接続しようとした場合に、以下のような
メッセージが出て接続できなかった場合の回避方法について説明します。

Connection closed by foreign host.

SCE への telnet 接続の最大数は 5 session までになりますが、正常に
セッションが close できなかった等の理由で session が SCE 内に残って
しまい、実際にその時点で telnet 接続 を行っている数が、最大数の
5 session 無いように見える場合でも、上記メッセージがでて接続できない
場合があります。
その場合、console から SCE にアクセスしていただき、まずは以下の
コマンドで SCE に残っている telnet 接続を確認してください。

上記のように telnet 接続が 5 つすでにあることが確認できますので、
不必要な telnet session の PID を確認し、以下のコマンドでその
接続を kill して下さい(PID 27222 を例に説明します)。

以下のように、指定した PID の telnet が kill されますので、新規
telnet 接続が可能になります。
