NAM6.2(1) は、"upgrade" コマンドによるダウングレードをサポートしていません。

例えば、"upgrade" コマンドで NAM6.2(1) から NAM6.1(1) にダウングレードしようとすると、以下のようなエラーが出力され、中断されます。
※ 以下は WS-SVC-NAM-3-K9 で実施した参考出力です
※ <FTPUSER>@<FTPSERVER> は実際の ftp user名/ftp server IP に読み替えて下さい

そのため、NAM6.2(1) からのダウングレードにあたっては、helper image 経由でのリカバリが必要になります。
NAM の CLI から "reboot -helper" コマンドを実行することにより、helper image での起動ができます。
