Hi Welkin:
我嘗試利用您課程內的資料去施作將SX20利用Provisioning方式透過Expressway E to Expressway C將SX20註冊回CUCM，但一直失敗！想請您指導指導！

步驟：
1.先將SX20放置于內部網路先與CUCM做註冊，並驗證功能正常！
2.建立一個CUCM Local User 為2002，並與SX20做捆綁
3.將SX20 Reset to Default 並設置Internet Public IP
4.將CA憑證放入SX20，並進入Provisioning 設定 為Edge 模式，同時將User  ID / Password輸入
5.進行Provisioning
6.無法註冊，訊息為認證失敗

Hi Elvis,
从日志中看到https://expe.vcs.today:8443/dmNzLnRvZGF5L2h0dHBzL0NVQ00vODQ0Mw/cucm-uds/user/2002返回401错误，请在expressway-c所在的网段使用2002用户访问
https://cucm_fqdn/cucm-uds/user/2002看看结果如何？
同时确认用户2002属于standard cucm end user组，并且已经和sx20完成联。

请检查_cisco-uds._tcp.vcs.today的SRV记录是否存在？
如果使用IE/Firefox通过2002用户在expressway-c网段登陆http://cucmFQDN/cucm-uds/user/2002，有什么提示？

另外我使用2002 User透過http://cucmFQDN/cucn-uds/user/2002 登入後我從網頁上是看到下面這樣的訊息,這樣是正確的嗎？

受Welkin大师所托，代为转达回复：
您使用2002 User透過 http://cucmFQDN/cucn-uds/user/2002 看起来使用的是IP地址，不是FQDN （比如[url]cucm.example.com[/url])，请换成FQDN确认。这个步骤一是测试一下您的Dns是否能解析cucm的FQDN
