Backup equipment redundancy-management 10.152.1.246 can log in with CLI, display the backup, unable to operate

After switching
management 10.152.1.247 can't log in via web or CLI
Backup equipment redundancy-management 10.152.1.245 can log in with CLI, display the backup, and cannot operate

The main device redundancy-management 10.152.1.246 cannot log in via web or CLI

It can be pinged before and after the switch, and the wireless terminal can go online normally
