6509交换机HSRP状态不定期切换,不知是否与CPU利用率过高有关系。请各位大咖支持,谢谢!涉及可能的原因有哪些?排查思路?

如下为:5月15日,在6509交换机上HSRP状态切换日志,在7609上未用切换日志信息。
据用户描述,随后查看CPU利用率在70%以上,主要涉及IP Input 和 arp Input 两个进程。(持续时间短,3分钟左右)
当时的CPU利用率未做记录,文后有采集到其他时间CPU利用率过高的记录和相应日志信息。

我的感觉是首先数据包流量过大(IP_INPUT进程高)导致CPU进程过高,无法即使处理协议报文,导致状态切换。当然也有可能是数据流量大导致协议报文拥塞或者丢弃也有可能导致状态切换,OSPF的状态变化也有可能是这个原因。
注意观察到底是设备性能不够还是内网有不正常流量。建议做些监控,接口流量,CPU,内存等。做个EEM,有HSRP切换时去抓取一些设备信息,比如接口流量,CPU,内存等等。。。

2、接口是针对某1-2个接口进行? 现在这台设备运行有10余年时间,性能及稳定性方面有不确定性,做EMM对设备性能的消耗大概是个什么样的百分比?

1,监控CPU,并不是说CPU占用一直都是高的,通过查看出现故障是时候cpu的占有率有个分析和判断的依据。
2,具体监控哪个接口需要结合你实际拓扑的情况和个人经验看,当然可以通过show inter stats查看哪些接口流量异常进行监控。还有对做EEM对设备性能消耗多少我不知道,我觉得不会太多,对业务有没影响我也不确定。
3,OSPF查看信息意义不大。
4,实在分析不出原因就三板斧,重启、升级、RMA。。。

我建议做个监控,看是不是网络异常。

1.建议检查HSRP的日志
2.检查收集show tech hsrp
3.看您的配置,vlan 2和vlan 99下有调用ip access-group vlan_acl out,请检查是否放行访问HSRP监听的组播IP
4.建议可以删除ip access-group vlan_acl out,观察是否不会再出现定期中断的问题
