| 主な問題 |
HDD 80GB 1枚の構成で Cisco Unified Communications Manager (Unified CM) 11.5 or 以前のバージョン から Unified CM 12.5 へのアップグレードを実施後、Disk/active のディスク使用量は 98％ 程度となり、"LowActivePartitionAvailableDiskSpace" のアラートが検知される問題があります。

| 原因 |
仕様動作である為、問題ありません。ドキュメントの不具合 CSCvt97709 が公開されています。
なお、Upgrade and Migration Guide for Cisco Unified Communications Manager and the IM and Presence Service, Release 12.5(1) にも記載されています。

Note:
If Unified Communications Manager is upgraded to version 12.5 from version 11.5 or higher, using 80GB OVA it is expected to have a higher active partition up to 98%. We can correct this by a system rebuilt with HDD 110GB. Either use a default 110GB OVA template and rebuilt the node or on current OVA, prior to install, go to VM > Edit Settings, and increase the HDD size from 80GB to 110 GB. Other specs remain the same.

回避策:
- 110 GB OVA を使用して、システムを再構築します。
アラートが出力されないようにするために、閾値を 1% に変更することは可能です。基本的には運用中にこれ以上増加することはありませんが、次回のファームウェアアップグレード時に使用量が増加し 100% に達する可能性があるため、上記もご検討下さい。

Alert Central > LowActivePartitionAvailableDiskSpace > 右クリック > Set Alert/Properties > Server選択 > Next > Threshold の設定値をデフォルトの 4% から 2% に変更 > Next > Save
