vEdge (viptela OS) の機器で Interface の speed duplex を 100 full や 10 full などの固定設定で使用する際は、autonegotiate を無効にしてご利用ください。
例)
vedge(config)# vpn 0
vedge(config-vpn-0)# interface ge0/0
vedge(config-interface-ge0/0)# no autonegotiate
vedge(config-interface-ge0/0)# speed 100
vedge(config-interface-ge0/0)# duplex full
vedge(config-interface-ge0/0)# commit
