CIMCで以下LDAP関連設定を完了して頂ければと思います。

・Enable encryption
・Enable Binding Certificate
・Download LDAP CA Certificate
・Configure Signed Server Certificate the LDAP server will trust
・Set LDAP Server ports to 636 if using Pre-configured LDAP Servers
・Choose a Binding option other than anonymous.

LDAPの設定手順について、シスコは以下マニュアルがあります。
「Configuring the LDAP Server」より参考して頂ければと思います。
